​Butterflies and Bullfrogs at the Pad, LLC

It is understood that:

​

 All items selected for consignment are on contract for 60 days. However, dates may fluctuate  at the professional discretion of Butterflies and Bullfrogs At the Pad, LLC to ensure peak saleability. 

​

All holiday items expire and will be donated 5 days after their holiday, regardless of when consigned. 

​

 Pricing and selection is at sole discretion of Butterflies and Bullfrogs At the Pad, LLC. 

​

Please take note that by consigning with Butterflies and Bullfrogs At the Pad, you also agree to any sales, coupons, specials, and promotions that At the Pad sees fit to run at any time.

If after further inspection we find an item that is unsellable for any reason including age, the item will be automatically donated to a local thrift store or sold for less.  Please note that consignor will not be notified.

​

We will not check for clothing dates at time of drop off. However, during pricing, we reserve the right to donate items more than 3 years old, or sell them for a lower price.

​

Although we take every precaution to protect your merchandise, items are left at your own risk. Butterflies and Bullfrogs At the Pad is not responsible for any loss, mishandling, theft, fire, flood, or damage of your items.  In addition, we assume no liability for items that have been recalled by the manufacturer.

​

 If you would like your unsold items returned, it is Your Responsibility to come in BEFORE your contract ends with a print out of your inventory list.  We will highlight the items that have sold. Upon pick up, consignors are responsible for reclaiming their items off the sales floor. Unclaimed items after expiration will become property of Butterflies and Bullfrogs At the Pad, who will sell, donate or otherwise dispose of these items at their discretion.

After contract end date consignor may pick up money from their account with a valid ID, or convert their balance to store credit at 50% of selling price.  Monies not claimed by consignors or changed to store credit within 6 months of initial contract end date will forfeit all proceeds.  Any checks issued must be cashed or deposited within 90 days.  We will not reissue checks.  We do not mail checks unless out of state (consignor will provide a self addressed stamped envelope.) If you have multiple open contracts, you may settle your account every 30 days.
